SHIPPING TURNAROUND:

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of ordering.

ORDER TRACKING

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information as soon as it ships.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates begin at $6.00. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. All orders over $200.00 are eligible for free shipping.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

MEMORIE BOUTIQUE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

INFORMATION ACCURACY

Please confirm your address and make sure you provide all shipping details before submitting your order at checkout.

DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

MEMORIE BOUTIQUE is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by our respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fee will be your responsibility. If you used a promotional code on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties on the original price of your items. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of items purchased on the shipping label.

RETURNS

RETURNS

Our first priority is your satisfaction! If you have any problems at all with your order, please let us know. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your item within 7 days for in-store credit. Unfortunately, Memorie Boutique is unable to refund your purchase for returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

NOTE: If you purchase your item on sale or during a seasonal sale, it will not be eligible for a return. These items are final sale.
